Wonderful and fairly clean place with lovely staff from receptionist to room cleaning staff and drivers who take you up to your room. Great location in the great area, adjacent to the lobby/restaurant, transport and Phuket Thailand. A wide range of food options at a walking distance from the venue.

Magnificent and particularly good location, high on the hillside...

It was a stunning location short walk to restaurants, a hike up and slope. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of outstanding food.

Well, no balcony.

Clean rooms, stunning views, multiple pools for privacy, helpful convenience shop, and excellent breakfast with fresh meals and tropical fruits.

Gorgeous fairly clean property, it has very very helpful staff from receptionist to room cleaning staff and drivers who take you up to your room. The setting is nice, it's really close to the Jungceylon Shopping Center. At the poolside bar they serve good food and drinks.

The hotel is located quite far away from the town centre, but there is a shuttle service available. It is also located near a shopping centre and market. The rooms are spacious and have great amenities, such as a fridge and mini-bar.

The staff's use of English language isn't great

The room was spacious, clean and had a lovely pool right outside. The on-site restaurant had good food and drink options. , the regular shuttle bus to town was quite convenient.

The breakfast was not great. It didn't offer much variety and seemed targeted to the Asian market.

The hotel’s complimentary shuttle service to nearby destinations was very helpful, especially during our busy business trip. We were pleased to find that the hotel offered free Wi-Fi access throughout our stay, making it easy for us to stay connected and get work done. The hotel’s location was also great, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The hotel’s cleanliness was not up to par. We encountered issues with bugs in our room and the Jacuzzi was not clean.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The exceptional room service and staff were definitely highlights of my stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities and amenities were top-notch. I found the hotel to be extremely clean and well-maintained. It was also very conveniently located, with easy access to the nearby shopping center, beer garden, and other areas of this city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, pleasant stay.

Nothing it is perfect.

Stunning views from the top floor rooms with a huge jacuzzi on the balcony. Friendly and helpful reception staff who promptly addressed any issues.- Convenient shuttle buses and buggies to get around the resort, making up for the lack of a gym.- The newly finished pool with a swim-up bar was spacious and never crowded.- Good air conditioning, large fridge, and helpful microwave in the room.

Inconsistent and average breakfast, sometimes surrounded by rude tourists. Limited TV channels, so make sure to have Netflix.

Beautiful scenery, friendly staff, spacious rooms, peaceful atmosphere, delicious breakfast with variety.

Stunning Infinity Pool and Exceptional Housekeeping

During our stay at Patong Bay Hill Resort, we were blown away by the beauty of the infinity pool right outside our door. The pool stretched for about 50 meters and provided a breathtaking view of the surroundings. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

The restaurant had a wide selection of delicious food and drinks, and the pool access from my terrace was a luxurious touch.

Oh, I just loved waking up to strangers splashing into my private pool at 7am, it was such a delightful surprise.

Our stay at Bay Hill Resort was fantastic! The view from our balcony overlooking the swimming pool was breathtaking. The room was spacious and clean, providing great value for our money. The location was perfect, close to Patong Beach and Bangla Street. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially those at the pool area.

Food for breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.
